Qualifications:


  • Leadership experience in manufacturing or a similar field.

  • Technical expertise in welding, fabrication, or related processes.

  • Skill in training and workforce development.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Business knowledge, particularly in quoting and operational efficiency.

  • Dedication to innovation, improvement, and quality.

  • Understanding of drawings and manufacturing processes.


Significant Assets for Consideration:


  • 5 to 10 years of experience operating equipment, welding, fabrication, and finishing.

  • Solidworks experience.

  • Ability to speak Spanish.

  • CNC understanding and implementation.

  • Quality control experience.
